  • Similar to the physical, technical, and tactical aspects of sport, the mental component of sport needs to be purposefully developed, honed, and crafted to achieve optimal performance. Optimal performance requires the ability to develop skills in practice and the ability to execute those skills during competition. Practitioners at EndureWell have received the thorough training to support athletes in cultivating mental skills and processing the experience of utilizing those skills.

  • In sport culture, the words “psychology” and “mental health” often are associated with the stigma that these services are only for athletes with “problems.” That is simply not the case! Sport psychology and mental performance coaching can help even the most well-adjusted athletes have better performances and live aligned with their values. While we help athletes to build mental skills to improve their performance and well-being, we also work with athletes who are doing well and are looking to get better in order to advance to the next level of their sport or gain valuable life skills.
