Kelsey has extensive training in the application of psychological skills training to athletes and performers. Utilizing psychological principles of human performance, Kelsey assists individuals in identifying their potential while finding joy in the process. Kelsey views it as a privilege to collaborate with those she works with to ensure she is addressing the physical, psychological, and emotional needs of diverse populations.

Kelsey has had the pleasure of working as a mental performance consultant since 2015. During her time in the field, she’s supported recreational, collegiate, sub-elite, elite, and Olympic-level athletes and performers. Although Kelsey specializes in working with those who identify as endurance or mountain athletes, she’s worked with athletes and performers from over 20 different sports.

Kelsey aims to provide a judgement-free space when working with athletes to explore topics including navigating setbacks, addressing performance anxiety, developing confidence and courage, fostering resilience, learning to celebrate achievements, sustaining motivation, managing responses to stress, and cultivating self-awareness.
