Our Guiding Values

  • Kelsey honors that clients know themselves best. She strives to collaborate with the clients she works with to ensure their unique physical, environmental, emotional, and psychological experiences are valued and respected. Additionally, Kelsey greatly values collaboration with client’s providers, family, friends, and athletic coaches and staff to create a care team that will support their mental health.

  • Kelsey works with clients to enable them to develop self-efficacy and make informed choices about their health and well-being.

  • Kelsey recognizes the clients she works with come to EndureWell with experiences that have shaped who they are today. She honors and celebrates these experiences and identities, appreciating the impact of diversity. It is her hope to provide a space where clients will be encouraged to live by their individual values and authentic sense-of-self.

  • Rather than focus solely on outcomes, Kelsey works with clients to help them celebrate progress. In doing so, she identifies and reinforces positive behaviors, builds confidence, and increases motivation.

  • Kelsey centers her work on promoting long-term wellness by equipping clients with the tools and resources for sustained health and success in all areas of their lives.

DEI Statement

EndureWell is committed to creating a space that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion in our practice and beyond. Those with marginalized identities are at greater risk for mental illnesses and lack representation in endurance and mountain sports. We are devoted to creating a space that feels accepting of all. The fields of mental health and athletics primarily operate from white, normative, cis-gendered, able-bodied, and anti-fat bias lenses. EndureWell acknowledges that we will make mistakes, and we will stay open to criticism and feedback. We aim to continue learning through non-performative actions such as amplifying and illuminating underrepresented voices; ensuring and acknowledging intersectionality within the community and our clients; attending and participating in continuing education devoted to diversity, equity, and inclusion; and diversifying the fields of mental health and athletics. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
