CMPC Mentorship

Kelsey takes great pleasure mentoring and supporting CMPC hopefuls. The purpose of this working relationship is to enhance the professional education and development of the mentee in the discipline of applied sport psychology.

The educational content of the mentorship shall include such topics as psychological research and theory related to applied sport psychology, assessment methods, intervention techniques, planning, executing, and evaluating interventions, development and marketing of a practice, the business of sport psychology, ethical issues, case reviews, and other relevant topics agreed upon by both parties.

  • Mentorship sessions are individualized depending on the mentee’s needs and circumstances. Prior to the mentorship session, it is expected that the mentee provides a list of topics they’re interested in discussing along with any materials the mentor should review to help prepare for the session. Mentorship sessions typically last 45-60 minutes.

  • Individual mentorship costs between $75-100 depending on the mentee’s financial considerations.
