Yes! The Association of Applied Sport Psychology offers a national certification, Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), that allows practitioners the opportunity to work with individuals across the country.

EndureWell is based out of central Massachusetts. We provide 1:1 sport psychology and mental performance coaching to individuals and groups via telehealth platform to meet with athletes all over the country. We do provide in-person workshops, team support, and race/crew support locally. Please book a 15-minute consultation with Kelsey to learn more.

Sport psychology and mental performance coaching is not clinical in nature, and therefore, we do not accept insurance or provide superbills that you can submit to insurance for reimbursement. If you are looking for a helping professional of this nature, we recommend looking at our psychotherapy services, using the search tools through your insurance provider, or searching on Psychology Today.

I typically meet with clients weekly with the ability to increase or decrease frequency as needed. My fee is $150 for a 50-minute session and $75 for a 25-minute sessions. All clients are required to begin sport psychology & mental performance coaching with a 50-minute intake session.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale (reduced fee) spots. If you would like to discuss eligibility for sliding scale and current availability of a spot, feel free contact me.
Rates are agreed upon before the initial intake session and can be further discussed during the first session. Please make a note of your interest in sliding scale when setting up your appointment.
